Please prepare a letter that includes your Name, Address, e-mail address and a Daytime Telephone number as well as a detailed description of the problems your are having with your iPOD Video.

You are responsible for shipping your broken iPod Video to us. Don't forget to add shipping insurance as we are not responsible for your box if it does not arrive or is damaged in transit.

If you will be paying by a MONEY ORDER, please include it with your iPod. If you are in NY State please add 8.5% sales tax. If you will be paying by Credit Card or Pay Pal, there is NO NEED to pay now. We will call you for your Credit Card information AFTER your iPod Video repair has been completed.

Our iPod repair technicians will repair your 5th Generation iPOD or, if you like, give you an estimate of the repair costs.

STEP 3
After your Video iPod repair is completed, you will be contacted by our customer service department to arrange for payment.
