Not sure if your LCD screen is really bad?

The iPOD LCD screen is located inside of your iPOD, behind the clear plastic front panel.  It displays all the words and characters.  Since it is made of glass it is very susceptible to damage and can crack if your iPOD is dropped or mishandled.  A defective iPOD LCD will may appear visibly cracked and may have black or blueish blotches.  A screen can also be defective, while NOT being visibly discolored or cracked,  if parts of words are missing or are missing a few pixels. Before sending your iPOD to us,  please make sure your iPOD still plays music. A broken iPOD LCD screen will NOT cause your iPOD to stop playing music. If you have a BAD LCD and your iPOD DOES NOT play music you have more than just a defective LCD and the repair cost will be higher.  We will call you with a repair estimate.
