Ready to Repair?
STEP 1 Please prepare a letter that includes your Name, Address, e-mail address and a Daytime Telephone number as well as a detailed description of the problems your are having with your iPOD.
If you will be paying
by a MONEY ORDER, please include it with your iPod. If you are in NY
State please add 8.5% sales tax. If you will be paying by Credit
Card or Pay Pal, there is NO NEED to pay now. We will call you for your
Credit Card information AFTER your iPod repair has been completed. Our iPod repair technicians will repair your iPOD or, if you like, give you an estimate of the repair costs. STEP 3 After your iPod repair is completed, you will be contacted by our customer service department to arrange for payment. We accept all Credit Cards, Pay Pal or a money order may also be included with your iPod. Prices listed above include return shipping by UPS Ground (48 states). Click here for estimated delivery time. Upgrades to Next Day Air or Second Day Air are available.
Are You in NEW YORK? If you are in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, the Bronx or anywhere in New York City (NYC) you may stop by our offices. If you would like to repair your iPod and you are located in Long Island, Staten Island, New Jersey or Connecticut we are only a 30 - 60 minute drive. Replacement of your broken iPod Screen takes less than 30 minutes! Our hours are 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Please call to make an appointment.
