STEP 1

Please tape a small piece of paper to the BACK of your iPOD that includes your Name, Address, e-mail address and a Daytime Telephone number. If you would like us to install a new iPod video battery, iPod nano battery or iPod 4G battery as well ($15) or front panel for iPod video and iPod nano ($25) please indicate this.

You are responsible for shipping your broken iPod 4G, iPod video and iPod nano to us. Don't forget to add shipping insurance as we are not responsible for your box if it does not arrive or is damaged in transit. If you will be paying by a MONEY ORDER, please include it with your iPOD. If you will be paying by Credit Card or PayPal, there is NO NEED to pay now. We will call you for your Credit Card information AFTER your ipod repair has been completed.

STEP 2

Our iPOD repair technicians will replace your broken iPOD Screen, and will then test it to ensure your iPOD is functioning normally. You will be called if there are any other issues that need to be addressed.

STEP 3
After your iPOD repair is completed, you will be contacted by our customer service department to arrange for payment. We accept all Credit Cards, PayPal or a money order may also be included with your iPOD. Prices listed above include return shipping by UPS Ground (48 states). Click here for estimated delivery time. Upgrades to Next Day Air or Second Day Air are available.

iPOD Repair New York ! If you are in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, the Bronx or anywhere in New York City ( NYC ) you may stop by our offices. If you would like to repair your ipod and you are locate in Long Island, Staten Island, New Jersey or Connecticut we are only a 30 - 60 minute drive. Replacement of your broken iPOD Screen takes less than 30 minutes! Our hours are 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Please call to make an appointment.
